  • Yes, I am flexible and can handle specific tasks or projects that may fall outside my standard services. Feel free to share your requirements, and we can discuss how I can support your unique needs.

  • EA Studio has been successfully operating for two years, backed by extensive experience prior to its establishment. The significant experience of our founder, Katy, is a critical factor in our operations. Katy has worked for a leading Serviced Office and Virtual Assistant service provider in Perth for over four years, gaining invaluable knowledge and expertise that enables us to provide exceptional service to our clients. This experience has contributed significantly to the structure and operations of EA Studio, positioning us to offer top-notch services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

  • We offer a variety of payment options depending on your support needs. If you require quick assistance, we charge an ad hoc hourly rate. For ongoing monthly support, we have retainer packages available. And if you have a larger project in mind, we can provide a personalised project quote. Our payment terms are flexible, with project fees payable in two installments and a 14-day payment period for all other charges.

  • The services provided by EA Studio are primarily offered as a virtual service. This means that the work is completed efficiently and effectively at our base location. However, we understand that there may be situations where on-site work or work at a preferred location is desired. In such cases, we are happy to arrange site visits upon request and depending on availability.

    Please note that accommodating this request may include additional charges to cover the costs associated with on-site work. We strive to be flexible and accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

  • At EA Studio, we are equipped with all the necessary computer and tech equipment to efficiently complete work for our clients. However, if there is a specific specialty type item or program that is not a standard offering, we would be happy to discuss this requirement with you. Please note that the costs associated with securing such specialised tools or programs may be an additional charge.

  • Client confidentiality and data security are of utmost importance. We maintain strict confidentiality guidelines and are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreements where required. We also take necessary measures to ensure data security, such as using secure file transfer protocols, password-protected systems, strong ant-virus programs, 2FA where available, along with Cyber Security Insurance.

  • We operate during the standard business hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm WST. Please note that we are closed on weekends, and our operations on public holidays are subject to review.

    However, we understand that there may be situations where you require support outside of our normal business hours, including weekends and public holidays. In such cases, we are open to discussing your specific needs and providing assistance. It is important to know that support outside of normal business hours or on weekends/public holidays may be subject to a premium rate. This rate will be quoted to you before any commitment is made, ensuring transparency and clarity.

    During our regular business hours, we strive to provide prompt responses to client inquiries. We aim to return calls and emails within 48 business hours, unless your specified work time falls prior to that period. We value your time and make every effort to ensure timely communication and delivery of our services.

  • When you become a client of EA Studio, you will gain access to your own client portal. This portal provides various features that enhance your experience. It allows you to conveniently check the progress of your work or projects, submit new work requests, and engage in live chat with us. Moreover, we have incorporated a timer into the program, ensuring accurate tracking of the time spent on your projects. This enables us to provide precise and transparent invoicing based on the time dedicated to working for our clients.

  • We understand that urgent situations can arise outside of your retainer hours or outside of typical business hours. While our primary support is provided during agreed-upon retainer hours/normal business hours, we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. If you find yourself in an urgent situation, please reach out via SMS, and if we are available we will do our utmost to assist you promptly. Depending on the specific circumstances, additional charges may apply for support provided outside of your retainer hours or outside of regular business hours. We value your business and aim to be responsive and helpful whenever you need us.
